Marthinus Strauss & Johann Strauss
Johann has been in the financial services industry since early 2007 and is one of the incorporators of RFAdvice. Johann is an RFAdvice shareholder and a company Director.
He has a BComm (Financial Analysis) and a Post Graduate BComm with honours (Financial Analysis) Degree from the University of Stellenbosch. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the university of the Free State. Johann is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional. He has passed Level 1 of the Certified Financial Analyst examinations and is also a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
In 2010, after three years with Allan Gray Ltd in intermediary services, Johann started a career as a financial planner at Venn-Sure Consulting (Pty) Ltd (an affiliate of Liberty Life). In 2017, he was appointed Key Individual of RFAdvice.
He is married with one dog and enjoys family time. He loves hiking, rock climbing and camping and tries his best to live a well-balanced lifestyle.

Marthinus started his career at Capitec Pty Ltd in 2008. He then furthered his career at Allan Gray Proprietary Limited from the beginning of 2009 until the end of May 2017.
This family man enjoys life to the fullest.
